Situated in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, BEESANDS lies on the South
 Devon Coast, midway between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth.

VALSEPH itself overlooks the Village Green and the beautiful Start Bay and offers
self-contained accommodation in the attractive Garden Room  from where you can
come and go as you please at all times. Included are en-suite shower and w.c., T.V., DVD, radio,
fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also safe private parking.
Breakfast is enjoyed in the bungalow whilst looking out over the Bay.
